How we handle your information.
Last updated September 26, 2026
This notice explains how Bold Saguaro Holdings handles information when you browse this website, submit a property inquiry, call, text, or email us.
Information you choose to share
The property form asks for the property address, your first and last name, phone number, and your agreement to be called about the property. Agreeing to text messages, email, and notes about the property or your timing are optional.
You may also share information directly when you call, text, or email us. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, account passwords, medical records, or other sensitive documents through this website.
How we use it
We use the information to review the property, respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible sale, prevent duplicate requests, maintain our records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not require you to accept an offer or enter into a purchase agreement.
Sending the form asks us to call you about the property. We text you only if you check the optional text-message box. The website inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing campaign. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, Bold Saguaro Holdings may send non-marketing text messages about your property and inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to send the form.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Where the information goes
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the form request. GHL/XLeads receives the seller and property details and stores the resulting contact and property inquiry for our team to review. Phone, email, and other communication providers process messages you choose to exchange with us.
Cloudflare keeps request logs for a limited period, currently up to seven days. They do not intentionally include the submitted name, phone, email, property address, notes, or full form body. A minimal submission receipt is kept for 30 days to confirm delivery and prevent duplicate processing. That receipt contains technical identifiers, status, timestamps, attempt count, and related GHL record identifiers—not the form contents.
Browsing and tracking
The initial website does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, remarketing, fingerprinting, or IP-based location personalization. The hosting service still receives normal request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time so it can deliver and protect the site.
If you arrive through a campaign link, the website carries its campaign labels in links between our pages. When you submit a property inquiry, those labels help us understand how you found us. This uses page addresses rather than cookies or browser storage; no advertising tracker is added.
Property-market decisions come from the address you submit, not from an attempt to infer your location from your IP address.
Retention and choices
GHL records are kept as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential transaction, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
